Medications are billed separately. Your monthly membership covers your provider relationship, lab panels, lab reviews, and ongoing oversight. The medications themselves (testosterone, estradiol, peptides, GLP-1 medications, and others) are dispensed by partner pharmacies and billed at the actual cost. Pricing varies by protocol and is reviewed during your initial consultation.

All protocols require an active membership. Membership cannot be paused while a prescription is active. This supports the ongoing provider oversight that prescribing requires.
