Once your labs are ordered, schedule your initial telehealth visit online in minutes. No referrals. No waiting rooms. Your provider reviews your health history, symptoms, and goals during your appointment.

Once your labs are back, your provider reviews every marker in detail and walks you through your results. You will understand exactly what your numbers mean, including the difference between reference range and optimal range, and what we recommend to move you toward optimal.

Your protocol is built around your biology: hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, or a combination. Medications are shipped directly to you. A monthly membership ($150/month) is required to receive and maintain any prescription, and includes two customized lab panels and two full provider reviews per year, so your protocol stays dialed in as you progress.

No. OnPoint Performance operates on a transparent, cash-pay model. You always know exactly what you are paying. No surprise bills, no claim denials, no insurance gatekeeping.
Where are you licensed to see patients?
Gretchen Delgado, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC is licensed in Florida and Texas. As long as you are physically located in one of these two states at the time of your visit, we can work together.
How are medications delivered?
Medications and protocols ship directly to your door through our pharmacy partners. We handle the coordination so you do not have to.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Your monthly membership can be adjusted or cancelled at any time. We earn your trust every month.
